Ingredients required

  • Lake duck
  • Carrot
  • Garlic and onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • Ground pepper
  • Bay leaf, celery, and thyme
  • Preparation procedure

The first step involves preheating the oven. One should set it at a temperature of 180°C. After this, remove the duck meat from the refrigerator. Rinse it under cold running water. Pat it dry with a dry towel or paper.
