What is the most effective way for people to find the best caterer in their area?

Adina: The main secret behind our growth in this huge city the size of Miami has been because of word of mouth. In my opinion, asking for recommendations is considered to be the most effective way to start. 

What is the best way for a customer to determine the amount of food to order? 

Adina: We meet our clients and have a discussion regarding their needs. In order to ensure that we are listening and fulfilling all of their needs in the best manner possible, we go through a survey and a series of different questions. Not all catering [events] are the same. We can determine the amount of food a client should order by accumulating the required information and then making it possible for them to have a memorable and successful event. 

What is the best time for a customer to order their food?

Adina: Because of the reason that we are not just a restaurant but a catering company, we tend to book up promptly. Now because every menu of every event is particularly designed for a specific client and not a black and white menu, we strive to fulfill as quickly as possible and put our efforts towards winning their trust so that we can save the date. We have a lot of events reserved for the entire year to make them certain that we will be managing their events. 

How long should a caterer have the food prepared prior to the event they are catering? 

Adina: We make the food and are available on the job site around 3 hours before the arrival of guests. In order to make the event successful, there are a lot of details that have to be arranged and set up promptly. 

What is the most effective way to make arrangements for individuals who have certain dietary needs?

Adina: It is usually asked during the first meeting. We ask and make sure if there are any specific concerns regarding a particular diet. We have always prepared different meals for individuals and guests that have special requests. 

For those restaurants planning to start the business of catering, should they have a similar or different menu item for their restaurant and catering menus? 

Adina: Having an experience in the business of restaurants, we noticed from the start that our restaurant menu and our catering menu must be entirely different. 

What are a few of the most effective ways for a catering business to market/promote itself? 

Adina: Through local civic groups, chamber of commerce events, working with local schools, and sponsoring meals for non-profit organizations. 

How to provide the best customer service?

Adina: Always be quick to respond! We are always the first ones to respond to our client’s requests, and that is not a secret. This is one of the main reasons why a lot of people trust Adina Creative Food for their events. If there is any issue or complaint, you need to respond to it promptly. 

What are some of the main differences between event catering and business catering?

Adina: A lot of business catering events are formed around a productive day, and therefore timing is extremely vital. In addition to the food quality, corporate clients prefer to have dependability. There are various expectations, timings, and stylings within the event catering. Most event clients do not need to cater to 100 to 500 guests. While making a menu, you are required to find items enjoyed by everyone. This can prove to be daunting for most. Due to the fact that we can make a brilliant menu that makes it certain for the client that their event is going to be a huge success, The Adina Creative Food has now become the number one caterer in Miami.
